the Kuwaiti member of the Ahlul Bayt World Assembly was put to trial on charges of spreading false information and opposition to national unity act after a speech in Imam Hussain (A) mosque in Kuwait but was exonerated of all charges.

"Hujjat al-Islam Hussain al-Matough" had protested to the torture of the Shia suspects of the so-called "Abdoli Core" case in a speech in Imam Hussain (A) mosque near Howli square in Kuwait.

After his speech, he was called to court and banned from leaving the country. He was also banned from delivering speeches in mosque.

On Wednesday, September 28th, another court session has been held and all the charges against him were dismissed.
