Speaking in 'Cheshmeh Marefat' (Source of knowledge) program for Iranian TV, the source of emulation continued:
If one wishes to follow Imam Ali's (PBUH) footsteps he or she must have pure intentions in their actions.

Expressing that it's easy for one to verbally claim to be a Shia Muslim and follower of Imam Ali (PBUH), he remarked," It is difficult to follow Imam Ali's footsteps and what matters is the true realization of Shia principles,"
