Ahlul Bayt News Agency - A member of the foreign relations commission in the Bahraini Parliament said he is confident that the upcoming meeting of the so-called "People's Mojahedin of Iran" organization (Mojahedin-e-Khalq) will be in Tehran after the overthrow of the regime.
The Bahraini Salafist Member of Parliament, Jamal Bouhassan, who was participating in the organization's meeting in the French capital, Paris, addressed Maryam Rajavi by saying: "We have seen that the beginning of the end of the Iranian regime has come and I can assure you that our next meeting will be in Tehran under your leadership."
The Bahraini Parliament is dominated by pro-regime MPs who accuse Iran of interfering in Bahrain's internal affairs and of standing behind the February 14, 2011 uprising, which the investigation commission assigned by the Bahraini king has denied.
Bouhassan confirmed in a video broadcasted by the LuaLua TV that his country "appreciates and respects ‘The People's Mojahedin of Iran.'" "Believing in the honesty and sincerity of the organization, we, in Bahrain's Parliament, issued a statement condemning and denouncing the fascist regime in Iran, and supporting the organization," he further stressed.
