The explosion of a bicycle loaded with explosives has killed five people and wounded 37 others in a market south of Baghdad, Iraqi police say. The explosion occurred in the town of Mussayab on Sunday, 60 km (40 miles) south of Baghdad, which is home to both Sunni and Shia Muslims,. The explosives were stored in a water cooler attached to the bicycle. As well, the western Iraqi city of Ramadi, located 100 kilometers (60 miles) west of Baghdad, was hit by two bombing incidents. In the first incident, “a car bomb in the western city killed two people and wounded four others.” The second bomber blew himself up near a police station outside Ramadi, in the province of Al-Anbar, but killed only himself.
