The International Photo Show "Messengers of Peace" Will Be Held In Tehran on June 29, 2010

Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA.ir), iran Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said Tuesday the Islamic Republic of Iran has adopted promotion of ties with all Islamic countries as a major foreign policy.

Larijani made the remarkS in his meeting with Libyan Ambassador to Iran Saad Mujber in Tehran on Monday evening.

Larijani said Tehran’s important priority is to deepen relations with those Islamic countries.

Larijani further said Iran sees no obstacles to fostering its cooperation, political and parliamentary ties in particular, with Libya.

The Libyan ambassador, for his part, said Iran is an effective and powerful country in the region and in the world of Islam as well.

Mujber called for opening a new chapter in Tehran-Tripoli ties.
