The Syrian army accompanied by Hezbollah and National Defense Force (NDF) forces surrounded a strategic area in Aleppo, killing several terrorists and destroying their vehicles and arms, including anti-aircraft machine guns.
The Syrian army, Hezbollah and NDF launched a counter-assault in the Khan Tuman area in Aleppo province, striking al-Nusra Front, Harakat Ahrar al-Sham and Harakat Nouriddeen al-Zinki positions, and killed and wounded a large number of Takfiri terrorists.
They also destroyed 3 armored vehicles that were equipped with anti-aircraft machine guns.
The Syrian army and its allies managed to break-through militants' frontline defenses after a series of fierce clashes and reentering the strategic city of Khan Tuman along the Aleppo-Damascus highway.
The Syrian army, NDF and Hezbollah fighters, backed up by Russian and Syrian airstrikes, inflicted heavy losses on the terrorist groups, seized back new villages and killed a large number of militants in the province of Aleppo, Northern Syria, in the past few days.
