Yemeni forces kill dozens of Saudi-backed militias in Taiz

Dozens of Saudi-backed militants were killed and several others were wounded, including leaders on Tuesday in clashes with Yemeni army forces in Taiz, south of Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Dozens of Saudi-backed militants were killed and several others were wounded, including leaders on Tuesday in clashes with Yemeni army forces in Taiz, south of Yemen, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official confirmed the death of Al-Anoqi the commander of the first battalion belonging to what so-called The Giants Brigade and Amqi al-Habahi, commander of the death battalion loyal to the Saudi-led coalition in the West Coast of Yemen.

According to the sources, dozens of militants were seriously injured, including the commander Abdul Fattah al-Arbad, Jamal al-Kalouli, Fahd Mohammed Saeed, Mutlaq Hassan Yassin, Fahim Saeed Murshed Ali, and Haid Melit.

This coincides with the arrival of more than 30 bodies and dozens of wounded of militias on Tuesday to the hospitals of Aden from the West Coast Fronts, the sources added.
