O God send Your blessings to those who

وَ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ إِذَا نَظَرُوَآ إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ تَزْفِرُ عَلَى أَهْلِ مَعْصِيَتِكَ: سُبْحَانَكَ مَا عَبَدْنَاكَ حَقَّ عِبَادَتِكَ فَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ وَ عَلَى الرَّوْحَانِيِّينَ مِنْ مَلَآئِكَتِكَ وَ أَهْلِ الزُّلْفَةِ عِنْدَكَ وَ حُمَّالِ الْغَيْبِ إِلَى رُسُلِكَ وَ الْمُؤْتَمَنِينَ عَلَى وَحْيِكَ وَ قَبَآئِلِ الْمَلَآئِكَةِ الَّذِينَ اخْتَصَصْتَهُمْ لِنَفْسِكَ وَ أَغْنَيْتَهُمْ عَنِ الطَّعَامِ وَ الشَّرَابِ بِتَقْدِيسِكَ وَ أَسْكَنْتَهُمْ بُطُونَ أَطْبَاقِ سَمَاوَاتِكَ وَ الَّذِينَ عَلَى أَرْجَآئِهَآ إِذَا نَزَلَ الْأَمْرُ بِتَمَامِ وَعْدِكَ

O God send Your blessings to those angels who upon glancing over the hell and observing the burning flames will utter the following sentences: O God, You are Pure, O creator, we have not worshipped You as You deserve.

O God send Your blessings to heavenly and spiritual angles, those who are in Your favor. Send Your blessings to those angels who are the conveyors of Your revelations to Your apostles, those in whom You trust. Send Your blessings to other angels of any rank who worship You; send Your blessings to those angels who will not need to eat or drink; who are housed in the upper sections of the heaven.

And send Your blessings to those angels who live around Your heavens who await the day of reckoning.

It is narrated from Imam Ali(a.s), who has said: In the seventh heaven there is a place called Haziratul Quds. The angels who live there are called Ruhaniyyun. On the Night of Qadr they ask for God’s permission to descend to the earth. Then their wishes materialize and they pass close to the mosques. There will be prayers at each mosque they pass by. They will pray for anybody they meet on their way.[1]

O God, send Your blessings onto the rain treasurers and the cloud movers and on the angel who produces thunder through moving and driving the clouds and generates lightning through striking at the clouds.

 وَ خُزَّانِ الْمَطَرِ وَ زَوَاجِرِ السَّحَابِ وَ الَّذِي بِصَوْتِ زَجْرِهِ يُسْمَعُ زَجَلُ الرُّعُودِ وَ إِذَا سَبَحَتْ بِهِ حَفِيفَةُ السَّحَابِ الْتَمَعَتْ صَوَاعِقُ الْبُرُوقِ وَ مُشَيِّعِي الثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ وَ الْهَابِطِينَ مَعَ قَطْرِ الْمَطَرِ إِذَا نَزَلَ وَ الْقُوَّامِ عَلَى خَزَآئِنِ الرِّيَاحِ وَ الْمُوَكَّلِينَ بِالْجِبَالِ فَلَا تَزُولُ وَ الَّذِينَ عَرَّفْتَهُمْ مَثَاقِيلَ الْمِيَاهِ وَ كَيْلَ مَا تَحْوِيهِ لَوَاعِجُ الْأَمْطَارِ وَ عَوَالِجُهَا

O God, send Your blessings to those angels who accompany snow and blizzards and to those angels who ascend to the earth when rain drops fall on the earth. Send Your blessings also to those angels who dominate the rain treasures, and to those angels who will not let the mountains disintegrate; send Your blessings as well to those angels who are trained by You to measure water supplies and tornadoes.
